Brief description of study

Assess the safety and effectiveness of the ASG (Ascending Stent Graft) device in the treatment of lesions involving the ascending aorta and aortic arch. This study involves patients considered to be at high-risk for open surgical repair who present with the following pathologies of the ascending aorta and aortic arch with isolated lesions (aneurysm or penetrating ulcer) or dissections and who are going to be treated with the ASG device.
