·      A consent/ screening visit that consists of a medical history/ physical exam with a clinician, routine bloodwork, urine drug screen, and questionnaires to determine eligibility.
·      Receive three, 3-day dietary interventions: (1) ketogenic diet, (2) control diet, and (3) control diet with daily ketone supplement drinks.
·      Three identical lab visits, with a brain MRI, alcohol beverages (4-5 standard drinks, based on your body weight), breath alcohol measurements, questionnaires, assessments, and finger sticks to measure blood glucose and ketone levels.

Your participation will last for approximately 10 weeks, depending upon scheduling restrictions.
