Developing electrophysiological markers for clinical trials in autistic adults

Brief description of study

The objective is to evaluate a candidate magnetoencephalography (MEG) biomarker, M50, for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to evaluate group difference between cohorts of adults with ASD vs. typical development as well as stability over a 12-week period. A secondary objective is to determine if the EEG analog of the M50, namely the P1 latency, has similar group difference and test-retest stability.
