Study to Determine the Safety of Drug RNS60 in Large Vessel Occlusion Stroke Patients

Brief description of study

Endovascular therapy is the physical removal of the clot in your brain through an artery in your groin or arm. This type of stroke is called an ischemic stroke and carries a high risk of disability or death. In this study we are trying to learn more about a new medication called RNS60, for patients having this type of stroke. The purpose of this study is to test whether an infusion of RNS60 is safe to use in people who have had a stroke and who are having endovascular therapy.
