A Randomized Study Comparing Venetoclax and Azacitidine to Induction Chemotherapy for Newly Diagnosed Fit Adults with Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Brief description of study
This research is being done to see how an investigational combination of study drugs works in comparison to chemotherapy in people with acute myeloid leukemia.
This study involves the following study drug combinations. You will only receive
one of these combinations:
• Venetoclax and azacitidine (investigational combination)
• Cytarabine and idarubicin or daunorubicin (per standard of care)
• Liposomal daunorubicin and cytarabine (per standard of care)

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Age: Between 18 Years - 99 Years

Gender: All
Male or Female, Age 18 or older, Acute Myeloid Leukemia
