Corcym Mitral Aortic and Tricuspid post-market study in a real-world setting

Brief description of study

This research study is being conducted to collect information on those who have been diagnosed with a disease related to a heart valve dysfunction or abnormality, needing surgical repair, or replacement of the affected valve. This research study is collecting information about the disease and the treatment. Participants will be asked to complete the following research procedures: - Screening/Baseline data prior to surgery - Follow up visits, 30 days, 12 months and annually up to 10 years after heart valve treatment. The assessments performed during these visits are following standard of care. Participation will last for 10 years. T
