Brief description of study
The purpose of this study is to determine how changes in the genetic code of a protein called Apolipoprotein A-V (APOA5) may affect the levels of triglycerides (a type of fat) in the blood, and the risk of heart disease and acute pancreatitis. People who have these changes, as well as people who do not, can participate in this study
