Brief description of study

The University of Pennsylvania is inviting college students above 18 years of age, to participate in a research study that is examining the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on disordered eating behaviors in college-aged students. 

Participants may be eligible to receive one of 15 $20 Amazon gift cards.

If you agree to participate, we will ask you questions that relate to depressed mood, anxiety, eating behaviors, and time spent on social media sites. 

The survey will take around 20-30 minutes. Participation in the survey is voluntary.


Your answers are confidential and will be released only as summaries in which no individual’s answers can be identified. There are no risks, penalties, or costs to your participation. There are no direct benefits; however, you will be eligible to receive a $20 Amazon gift card after completing the survey.
