The purpose of this study is to examine how different dietary interventions affect health, mood, and concentration in individuals who report feeling out of control around junk foods. Possible benefits of the study may be helping you change your diet and/or lose weight.
The study consists of a baseline assessment, randomization visit, and 7 weekly, 1-hour individual counseling sessions with a psychologist. The total duration of the study is expected to be 8-10 weeks, depending on scheduling.
You will be asked to make specific changes to your diet, track your food intake, discuss your experiences with the dietary interventions, and complete questionnaires.
