Feasibility of the Multiple Sclerosis Performance Test for assessment of functional performance measures in patients with Multiple Sclerosis

Brief description of study

The research study is being conducted to better understand if the Multiple Sclerosis Peformance Test (MSPT) is a useful tool to collect data related to neurological function and quality of life in patients with MS or clinically isolated syndrome (CIS), in a clinical setting over time. You may be eligible to participate if you have an MS or CIS diagnosis.

If you agree to join the study, you will be asked to complete following research procedures:

• Operate the MSPT, which is a modified iPAD and has 6 different tests to gauge neurologic
function and quality of life, prior to your regularly scheduled clinic visits.
• Complete a short survey that asks you about your experience and satisfaction using the
MSPT tool after the first and last time you use it.
• Complete another survey that asked you questions about any challenges you may have performing activities of daily living due to your MS disease after the first and last time you use the MSPT.

Your participation is expected to last for 2 years. Your study data will be stored but without any personal health identifiers and may be used for future studies.
