you lost interest or pleasure in your usual activities?
you tend to dwell on what went wrong in the past rather than
focusing on what could happen in the future?
may be eligible to participate in a paid research study.
The Boundaries of
Anxiety and Depression Lab at the University of Pennsylvania is conducting a
research study on depression in adults.
The purpose of the study is to learn more about emotions such as anxiety and depression and how they relate to events, both positive and negative, that people experience in their lives. We sought to identify participants for the study who experience varying levels of anxiety and depression in daily life.
This study consists of two parts. This part involves one visit to our laboratory during which you will be participating in an interview. The interview may last anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
If you meet certain requirements, you will be asked to come back for one or more of the subsequent study phases described in the consent form. After you complete the interview, you will be told which subsequent phases you qualify for and how much compensation you can expect to receive for participating in each one.
If you are interested in participating, please contact the study team OR complete the 15-minute online eligibility survey found at the link below. The survey will help us determine if this study will be a good fit for you. If you are eligible to participate, we will contact you within two weeks of taking the survey. Please note: you will need to copy the survey URL and paste it in your web browser to access the survey.
