Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to learn whether listening to music at bedtime helps older adults with memory problems and their families deal with symptoms of sleep disruption. Symptoms of sleep disruption are common in persons with memory problems and may be troublesome for you and your family. 

Detailed description of study

How long will I be in the study?
The study will take place over a period of 1 month (4 weeks). This means for the next 1 month we will ask you to spend 30 minutes a day participating in this study by listening to music. Each session will last approximately 30 minutes.

Where will the study take place?
The study will take place in your home.

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:
    sleep,dementia,insomnia
  • Age: Between 60 Years - 100 Years
  • Gender: All
