Influence of Increased Physical Activity on Patient Reported Measures of Disease Activity in Inflammatory Arthritis (SUFIA)

The purpose of this study is to help patients with arthritis increase their physical activity and to learn whether increasing physical activity has an impact on inflammatory arthritis including rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis. The study will use an experimental online program to communicate with study patients with text messages and online surveys. Study patients must own a smart phone that can run mobile applications. Participants will receive a FitBit to track physical activities. Study patients will be in the study for 6 months.
