Brief description of study
The Cure Glomerulonephropathy (CureGN) is a multi-disciplinary, multi-center longitudinal observational study of about 2400 adult and pediatric multiethnic population with a biopsy documented diagnosis of Minimal Change Disease (MCD), Focal and Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), Membranous Nephropathy (MN), and IgA Nephritis. The study aims to describe the disease trajectory under the current clinical care by identifying and characterizing the clinical, histological, molecular and genetic biomarkers linked to glomerular diseases, and the genetic architecture to predict the short, intermediate and long term outcomes including the therapeutic response.
