Brief description of study

• We will look for time of day changes in those infected with HIV compared to those who are not. Individuals infected with HIV have changes in their biological rhythms, such as sleep problems, different levels of hormones, and a shift in blood pressure. Therefore, we wish to study the relationship between daily rhythms and HIV infection.

Detailed description of study

We are looking to enroll 3 different groups: 1: Diagnosis of HIV infection with CD4+ counts <500 cells/mm3 while untreated; 2: Diagnosis of HIV infection with CD4+ counts <300 cells/mm3 on ARV; 3: Volunteers must be in good health as based on medical history, physical examination, vital signs, and laboratory tests as deemed by PI; • Volunteers are capable of giving informed consent; • Own a smartphone which installs the remote sensing applications; • Non-smoking; Male or Non-Pregnant & Non-breast feeding females

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
