An Open-label Long-term Safety and Efficacy Study of Aticaprant as Adjunctive Therapy in Adult and Elderly Participants With Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)

Brief description of study

This is an OL, multicenter, long-term study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of aticaprant 10 mg in combination with an oral antidepressant in adult and elderly participants with MDD and who have had an inadequate response to an SSRI or SNRI in the current depressive episode. Participants will enter the study either directly (referred to as "direct-entry participants") or after completing the DB phase of short-term efficacy studies of aticaprant as adjunctive treatment for MDD (Studies
